The debut album „Connecting“ by DJ Suro is a journey through cultures and continents with influences from Hip Hop to Afrobeats, and Trip Hop to Carribean vibes.
Combining soulful vinyl samples with exciting synthies, driving beats and a timeless production featuring wonderful artists of all corners transposes into a stand out testimony of international union. The Hamburg native producer linked up with strong minded singer Nneka, powerful lyricists Lutan Fyah from Jamaica, Seanie T from London and Brazen Rule from Uganda, as well with the travelling producer Pimao and local talent Bria, amongst others.
